The hardest part will be to maintain your daily Kegel routine. As such, make your cones in tune with other daily habits. I recommend that it be part of your morning routine. Make your cones as you shower, brush your teeth, travel to work, wait at traffic lights or work out and listen to your favorite music. Maybe at work, you can relive the boring get-together, make answering the phone more enjoyable, or having your own little party while waiting in line for lunch takeaways. There are many options.
